Paramount Mat Pour with M.C. Velar Construction

M.C. Velar poured the mat foundation for Miami World Center Paramount Tower. The mat was over 40,000 sf, 2700 tons of steel reinforcing and over 12,000 Cubic Yards of concrete. The project schedule for the mat foundation was 44 working days but M.C. Velar was able to deliver the mat in only 27 working days.
